Online Purchases We want you to love your find. For items purchased through our Shopify store, we offer a 3-day return window starting from the day your items are delivered.

• To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Case-by-Case Exceptions: Freedom Factory reserves the right to make exceptions to this 3-day window on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

In-Store Purchases For items purchased in person at our Hastings retail location, we maintain a strict no return or refund policy. Because we operate on a consignment basis to support our local artisans and students, funds are allocated to our makers shortly after a sale is completed.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective or damaged during shipping, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
